The Business Development Executive shall generate new business, develop and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with architects, developers, contractors, industries, and government agencies, manage proposals and tenders, promote the company's engineering services, enhance customer satisfaction, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sustainable business growth and long-term corporate partnerships.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Sound understanding of civil engineering, construction processes, and engineering consultancy services.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and online business platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn networking, and business promotion techniques.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
