Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Malpura. This position is responsible for leading sales activities in the region, including identifying current business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and promoting SG Royal Capital’s loan products. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring the regional sales team, setting performance targets, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with management to develop sales strategies,



conducts market analysis, and represents the company at local events or meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and account management, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Solid knowledge of loan products, financial services, and basic credit principles, or a willingness to learn quickly in the lending domain.
