About The Role
Shaadi.com is hiring a
Lead Product Designer
to drive user growth through exceptional
UX/UI design
. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering teams to create intuitive, data-driven experiences that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for B2C products.
- Optimize onboarding, conversion, subscription, and retention journeys.
- Design and validate A/B testing experiments.
- Build scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team of 3–5 designers.

Requirements
- 7–11 years of Product Design experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a B2C Consumer Tech product company.
- Currently working as a Lead Product Designer with 1+ year of team management experience.
- Solid portfolio with 2+ detailed B2C case studies (portfolio link required).
- Design degree from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 2 years tenure in each previous organization.

Preferred
- Experience in subscription or marketplace products.
- Exposure to AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems.
- Experience building scalable design systems.
