Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes for diverse roles across product, growth, content, engineering, and other functions.



Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and guiding applicants through the recruitment pipeline. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a structured and efficient interview process. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data, and contribute to improving hiring practices and candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
