Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner network.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Build strong relationships with electrical dealers, contractors, builders, and industrial clients.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze competition, pricing, and customer requirements.




- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer credit management.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely product availability.
- Plan promotional activities, dealer meets, and product awareness campaigns.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
