EaseToLearn is an enterprise academic platform built for CBSE schools (Classes IX–XII), helping institutions align with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 while improving measurable student outcomes. As we continue expanding our presence across CBSE schools, we are looking for a highly driven, field-oriented Business Development Executive to build strong school partnerships and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.

Role Overview

This is a field-first, target-driven sales role where you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospective schools to successfully closing partnerships. You will engage with Principals, Trustees, School Management, and other decision-makers, coordinate product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms,



and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of prospective CBSE schools within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to schools to generate current business opportunities.
- Connect with Principals, Trustees, Directors, and other institutional decision-makers through cold visits, calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with school management.
- Work closely with the internal demo team to ensure smooth product demonstrations.
- Own the complete post-demo sales process, including follow-ups, objection handling, commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and MOU closure.
