Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Coimbatore. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and job specifications. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic tool changes,
and ensuring optimal machine performance. The role involves conducting in-process checks, maintaining dimensional accuracy, and documenting production and quality records. The operator will also perform routine maintenance, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC equipment.
- Proficiency in Machining and Milling processes for precision component manufacturing.
- Experience in Quality Control, including dimensional inspection and use of measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming parameters and tooling selection is beneficial.
