WE ARE HIRING Senior Executive – Store

Natural Herbs & Formulations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, responsible, and motivated professional to join our Store Department.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily inventory and ensure stock accuracy.

· Lead and coordinate store team activities.

· Process RM (Raw Material) and PM (Packing Material) requirements as per production orders.

· Ensure material movement follows FIFO/LIFO principles.

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards in the store.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards.

· Monitor and reconcile daily inventory records.

· Prepare and submit daily attendance and operational reports.

· Handle rejected materials and ensure proper return with complete documentation.

· Maintain inventory of RM, PM, General Items, and Herbs.

· Update all store records and documentation accurately as per SOP.

· Issue materials only against approved Material Issue Slips.

· Ensure the store is properly locked and secured after duty hours.





· Attend mandatory training sessions conducted by the company.

· Report inventory status, store performance, and operational issues to management.

· Escalate critical operational issues to the Plant Head whenever required.

Qualification

Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience

2–5 Years in Store/Warehouse Operations
*(Manufacturing/FMCG/Pharma/Herbal Industry preferred)*
