Whizz HR is on a lookout for a Social Media Executive to work with a leading advertising agency in Gurugram :

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for content creation.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Execute influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and audience insights.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of social media assets and campaign requirements.




- Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
