Job Title- Business Development Executive

Time: 05:00 PM to 2:00 AM (5 Days Working)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and sales growth in the US market. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and executing effective follow-ups and outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience using CRM tools to manage sales activities and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads in the US market.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups, email campaigns, and client communications.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.




- Maintain records using CRM software.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the international/US market preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good time management and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
