Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support for Precast shapes, Shotcretes etc.
- Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives
- Participate in customer trials, inspections, audits, and post-mortem analysis of linings.
- Liaise with plant technical teams to resolve application issues and recommend performance improvements.
- Monitor product performance KPIs (lining life, wear rate, failure mode) and build technical dossiers.
- Support sales and business development by conducting techno-commercial discussions, product presentations, and site visits.
- Identify customer needs and gaps; propose tailored solutions or product customization.
- Assist in current product introductions, trials, and performance validation in close coordination with RD/QC and manufacturing.
