Role Description
The Project Coordinator (Interior Industry Only) will support the planning, execution, and completion of interior projects in Hyderabad. This full time, on-site role involves coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and timelines are met. Daily responsibilities include tracking project schedules, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation such as drawings, material lists, and approvals. The Project Coordinator will assist with site visits, follow up on material deliveries, support quality checks, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues. The role also includes managing communication between stakeholders, organizing meetings, and ensuring that interior projects comply with agreed specifications, budgets, and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, tasks, and multiple stakeholders.




- Candidates should possess knowledge of interior industry processes, including materials, finishes, drawings, and basic site execution practices.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear interaction with clients, designers, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and basic report preparation.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing site and coordination issues.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the interior or construction industry in Noida or nearby regions will be an advantage.
