Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based at Chandigarh. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the property or assigned business unit. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, manage HR reporting, and support workforce planning and organizational change.

Qualifications




- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to hospitality or service industries.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and basic data analysis in Excel or similar software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Experience designing or supporting learning and development, and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-centric environment is highly desirable; managerial HR experience in a multi-shift operation is a plus.
