Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director with a proven track record of executing complex process plant projects of large to mega scale, such as those in refineries, petrochemicals, gases, CSP, etc. You will lead the execution of our large-scale projects in Green Ammonia and other Green Hydrogen Derivatives, ensuring their completion within estimated timelines and approved budget while having tight coordination control over PMCs, EPCs,



and direct vendors and while meeting stringent quality and safety parameters. You must have seen the full lifecycle of at least two complex process plant projects, with at least one such project in a similar leadership position. This role will be pivotal to the company’s growth and expansion in the green ammonia and green hydrogen derivatives sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the Project.
- Develop and execute project execution strategies (insourcing vs. outsourcing), ensuring alignment with corporate goals, budget, and timelines.
- Demonstrate willingness to take calculated risks and take unconventional approaches to Project execution beyond typical industry norms and practices
- Coordinate with senior management to provide project updates, financial forecasts, and risk assessments.
