Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist at The Grow Biz. The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute,



and optimize data-driven campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms to drive leads, conversions, and ROI for clients using The Grow Biz OS and related solutions. The role includes setting up and managing campaigns, conducting audience and keyword research, tracking performance metrics, and preparing clear, actionable reports. The specialist will collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, developers, and business consultants to align performance campaigns with overall growth strategies, landing pages, and automation workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve A/B testing creatives and messaging, managing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
