Role Description
The General Manager – Sustainable Retail Experience will lead end-to-end operations for a sustainability-focused retail initiative, ensuring commercial performance and an outstanding customer experience. This full-time, in office role based in Mumbai involves overseeing daily store operations, managing teams, monitoring P&L; performance, and driving continuous process improvements.



The role includes developing and implementing business plans, setting operational standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. The General Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, analyze performance data, and execute growth initiatives aligned with Arrakis Ventures’ strategic objectives and sustainability vision.

Qualifications
- Strong P&L; Management and Business Planning skills to oversee financial performance and develop sustainable growth strategies.
- Experience in Operations Management and Customer Service to manage day-to-day retail operations and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
