About the Role

We're looking for Product Owners who take ownership seriously.

Here's where you step in: once the problem is identified and the high-level direction is set, you own everything that follows. You define the right solution, shape the scope, drive the execution, and see it all the way through to a working product in users' hands. You work alongside designers, engineers, and QA and directly with clients but more than facilitating, you're the one making the decisions that keep the product sharp and the delivery on track.

This role is built for someone who thinks broadly, listens carefully, articulates clearly, and doesn't wait to be told what comes next.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take a defined problem statement or business need and own it fully from solution definition all the way through to a shipped, live product.
2.



Define and continuously prioritize the product backlog making transparent, defensible calls on what gets built, when, and why.
3. Synthesize inputs from clients, users, and delivery data to drive scope and prioritization decisions.
4. Work closely with engineering to understand technical constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and shape solutions that are both right and buildable.
5. Partner with design and QA to ensure what gets built matches intended outcomes, not just written requirements.
6. Manage client communication on scope, timelines, and trade-offs proactively raising risks before they become problems.
7. Keep delivery moving: run sprint ceremonies, maintain backlog health, and create clarity for the team at every step.
8. Own go-live: drive UAT, manage rollout coordination, and ensure a clean transition to production.
