Senior Admissions Counsellor
to join its learner engagement and admissions team. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone with proven experience converting learner enquiries into paid enrolments for online courses, professional certifications or training programmes. You will guide teachers, trainers and working professionals who are considering an important investment in their professional development. You will take responsibility for the complete admissions journey—from the first conversation through programme selection, follow-up, payment and onboarding. The role requires commercial confidence, professional judgement and genuine respect for every learner.
