Full/ Part-time: Full time Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)
Note: Position is currently in Gurgaon for 1.5 years. Post that it will be moved to Sri City, Andra Pradesh

About the role
This role will be responsible for following NPI Sourcing- Steel, Copper, Plastics, EPS, Rubber, Motors, Valves, Accumulators, Hardware
Key Responsibilities
- ### Supplier identification: Evaluate and onboard suppliers aligned with new product requirements.
- ### Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with R&D;,



engineering, and manufacturing teams to align sourcing strategies with design intent.
- ### Cost analysis: Conduct cost modeling, benchmarking, and negotiations to achieve target cost objectives.
- ### Risk management: Identify supply chain risks early and develop mitigation plans.
- ### Supplier performance: Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and compliance during prototype and pilot builds.
- ### Contract management: Negotiate terms, agreements, and long-term supply contracts for new products.
- ### Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and supplier engagement models.
- ### Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- ### Create cost reduction roadmap on/before the product launch for next years
