Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for our Digital Marketing clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships from onboarding to campaign execution, conducting monthly strategy meetings, coordinating with internal teams, presenting reports, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.

This role requires someone who understands SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Digital Marketing strategies so they can confidently communicate with clients and guide projects toward success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of Digital Marketing clients.
- Build strong and long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Understand client business goals and recommend suitable marketing strategies.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Client Onboarding
- Conduct smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Gather project requirements and business information.
- Define project scope, timelines,



deliverables, and expectations.
- Coordinate internal kick-off meetings with execution teams.

Strategy & Growth
- Conduct Monthly Strategy Meetings with clients.
- Review campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Suggest new marketing initiatives based on business goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

Reporting & Performance Review
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
- Explain campaign results in a simple and qualified manner.
- Analyze KPIs including Leads, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversions, Website Traffic, SEO Growth, etc.
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Graphic Design, Content, and Website Development teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Track pending tasks and follow up with internal teams.
- Resolve project bottlenecks proactively.
