Role Description
The Loan Collection Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading and supervising a team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting collection targets, monitoring portfolio performance, guiding agents on negotiation strategies, and handling escalated accounts.



The Loan Collection Manager will collaborate with operations and finance teams to optimize collection processes, prepare regular performance reports, and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and credit risk. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and promoting a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
