Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, creating photo and video content, writing captions, and managing stories and reels that showcase products, behind-the-scenes processes, and brand campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with the design and sales teams to promote current collections, monitoring engagement metrics, responding to comments and messages, and supporting influencer or collaboration initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata, requiring consistent presence in the studio,



store and production areas to capture authentic content and stay aligned with ongoing activities.

Qualifications
- Ability to create and curate visual content, including basic photography and videography, with an eye for composition, color, and detail.
- Strong social media content writing skills, including caption writing, storytelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience planning and executing social media calendars and campaigns, with a focus on fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, including features such as reels, stories, hashtags, and analytics tools.
- Basic proficiency in photo and video editing tools or apps (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, mobile editing apps) to create polished posts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, tailors, and sales staff in a busy, creative environment.
