Job Summary

The Business Head – EV (2-Wheeler) will be responsible for driving the overall business growth, profitability, and market expansion of the electric two-wheeler division. The role involves leading Sales, Marketing, Dealer Development, Service, Product Planning, Operations, and P&L; management while ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the EV two-wheeler division.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across India.
- Build and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead the Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, SCM, and Business Development teams.
- Strengthen brand visibility through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Product Development and R&D; for recent product launches and product improvements.
- Ensure smooth production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Develop strategic partnerships with fleet operators, institutional customers, and government organizations.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive customer satisfaction and after-sales service excellence.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
- Manage the business unit's P&L; and optimize operational costs.
- Present MIS reports and business reviews to the management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
