We are looking for a high-performing Advertising Sales Manager based in Mumbai to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth. This is a fully remote, hunter-style role focused on outreach, pitching, and closing advertising partnerships across a diverse portfolio of channels including Programmatic, Mobile/In-App performance,
Google, Meta
advertising, and more.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard recent advertiser brands across relevant verticals
- Leverage your existing network of advertiser, brand, and agency contacts to generate immediate pipeline
- Present and pitch our advertising solutions to brand managers, media buyers, and agency partners
- Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Support agency empanelment and vendor accreditation processes
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with ad operations and account management for smooth post-sale delivery
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital marketing sales
- Existing network of advertisers, agencies, or brand contacts is a firm requirement
- Working knowledge of Programmatic or Mobile/In-App advertising
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven and able to manage a pipeline independently in a remote setup
- Based in Mumbai, comfortable working standard IST business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with agency empanelment or holding group relationships
- Exposure to mobile app performance buying (CPI/CPA) or affiliate networks
- Experience across Southeast Asian markets
Compensation
12 Lakhs per annum + commission on all business you bring in, uncapped.
