Desired candidates profile:
- Min 3-5 years of experience in handling the IT infrastructure
- BCA/B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science or related filed preferred
- Experience in LAN/Servers/Firewall/OS/VPN
- Proficient in IT support, Desktop/laptop support
- Familiarity with Windows operation systems/Outlook/Ms office
- Solid problem solving skills
- Age between 25-30 years
Job responsibilities:
- IT asset management
- OS upgradation, reinstallation
- Hardware assessment, upgradation, maintenance & replacement
- Data backup & storage/ cloud based storage
- LAN management
- Desktop assemble/Troubleshooting
- Maintenance/ Repair of Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Scanner/Intercom/CCTV all hardware
- Technical support to the employees physically/through remote
- Experience in Google drive
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN components, network protocols, wiring, and network architecture
- All the software configuration
- Ensure regular & periodic data backup
- An overall understanding of IT infrastructure
