Role Overview
As Assistant Director, CRM & Marketing Automation, you are responsible for growing customer lifetime value via segmented, multi-channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc) strategies that engage users and build our brand equity. This role drives global lifecycle marketing for several business units within the EC-Council organization; It is both strategic and technical, requiring collaboration with Marketing, IT/Data Engineering, Sales and Operations. You are a player-coach, leading an expert team of CRM professionals, while also being very involved in execution, and operational details.





Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation
- Apply segmentation methodologies to drive more personalized and effective outreach.
- Maintain database integrity through deduplication, hygiene, lifecycle stage mapping, and enrichment.
- Use AI tools and workflows to effectively personalize and scale our nurture campaigns
- Build segmented lists and audiences for lifecycle programs, promotions, and paid media targeting.

Campaign Execution
- Build and deploy targeted email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns supporting learners and users throughout their lifecycle – from information gathering, to product selection, to retention and cross-sell
- Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, CTIA, opt-in requirements, and deliverability standards.
