LIFT Academy LLP is a National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) affiliated training partner specializing in Logistics and Warehouse Operations through the Logistics Skill Council (LSC) and Hospitality programs through the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC). The academy is currently the only certified pan-India center for Reach Truck Operator training under the Central Government’s. In addition to NSDC-aligned courses, LIFT Academy designs customized training programs tailored to specific client requirements. The organization focuses on industry-relevant skill development, offering learners and partners practical, job-ready training solutions.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai. The Training Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for logistics, warehouse operations, and hospitality domains, aligned with NSDC and client requirements. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and practical training sessions, developing and updating training materials,



and ensuring adherence to prescribed curricula and quality standards. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and supporting certification processes. The Training Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to identify training needs and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage learners and stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design skills to plan, deliver, and optimize learning programs.
- Relevant experience in vocational training, corporate training, or skill development, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or hospitality.
- Ability to facilitate both theoretical and practical sessions, with strong classroom management
