- 8-10 years in IT program/project/delivery management within consulting, product, or transformation environments
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams across strategy, technology, and process workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management including working with senior leadership on both sides
- Experience driving Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models with the judgment to tailor governance to context
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tracking and reporting tools
- Excellent communication you can synthesize status, risks, and value into leadership narratives
- Experience managing third-party vendors and enforcing accountability on shared deliverables
