Required Experience:

•7+ years designing and delivering Microsoft business application solutions using Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
- Robust experience with model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse (tables, relationships, data modeling), Power Automate cloud flows, and Power Platform ALM practices; able to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Experience across one or more areas: Canvas Apps (Power Fx, data connections, components, performance), Power Pages (configuration, security, customization), or Dynamics 365 apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Contact Center)
- Proven ability to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, estimate effort, and lead technical workstreams using Agile practices (including creating user stories and guiding delivery)




- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams Preferred Experience:
- Experience with third-party tools and integration platforms such as Inogic, Scribe, SmartConnect, KingswaySoft, Azure API Management, or similar Microsoft ecosystem solutions
- Experience delivering Power Pages solutions and customizing Dataverse using .NET/C# plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and PCF
- Experience with Dynamics 365 applications and integrating third-party systems across the Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience designing complex automation solutions (Power Automate, Logic Apps, orchestration patterns) and leading technical delivery, including migrations from on-prem to cloud
- Experience in consulting environments, contributing to presales (discovery, solution design, estimation), and leveraging AI capabilities (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI) Required Skills, Education, and / or Certifications:
