Role Description
The MEP Project Manager will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for the Evergreen Square development, ensuring that systems are designed, installed, and commissioned according to project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors,



and vendors; reviewing and approving MEP drawings and submittals; monitoring site progress; and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. The role involves managing budgets and schedules for MEP works, conducting quality inspections, and preparing regular reports for senior management and stakeholders. The MEP Project Manager will also support procurement decisions, participate in project meetings, and drive continuous improvement in construction and installation practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) expertise, including practical experience with plumbing systems and coordination of MEP services on large residential or commercial projects.
