Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 7+ years of expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in developing enterprise-level dashboards, creating complex data models, writing optimized DAX queries, and working with SQL databases and cloud platforms. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
- Create efficient data models using star and snowflake schemas.
- Build and maintain ETL processes using Power Query (M Language).




- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and cloud databases.
- Optimize report performance by improving DAX queries, data models, and dataset refreshes.
- Configure and manage Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways, scheduled refreshes, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Publish reports and dashboards while ensuring governance and security standards.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Database Administrators, and Business Analysts to deliver reporting solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for BI issues.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, and reporting processes.
- Mentor junior Power BI developers and participate in code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and Microsoft Fabric capabilities.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI Desk
