Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for driving individual and team sales performance by generating new business, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, building key client relationships, and ensuring effective execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.
- Generate recent business opportunities through prospecting, meetings, and referrals.
- Sell Benchmarks Digital Marketing or Traditional Marketing solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct sales meetings, review pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist the team in proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Personally handle key prospects and strategic client accounts.
- Allocate leads, review CRM updates, and maintain sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Travel within the city for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, IT, or related services.
- Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
