Role Description
The BFSI & Capital Market Trainer role at Anudip Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on banking, financial services,



insurance, and capital markets to entry-level and early-career learners. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, developing training materials, conducting interactive lectures and practical exercises, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and projects. The role involves mentoring learners on industry readiness, supporting placement activities through interview preparation, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain training schedules and quality standards. The trainer will also update course content in line with regulatory changes and market trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
