Role Overview :

Business development is an extremely front end role to meet companies growth objectives. The role requires excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to understand market, Client expectations and curating our offerings of services to enable clients meet their marketing & visibility objectives.

The job requires, research on clients, ability to strike a chord with the client to prospect business, solicit meetings,



appointments and making effective presentations that result in customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

· Research market conditions — track new project launches, active builders, upcoming developments, and competitor advertising activity

· Prepare short market/opportunity reports to identify which builders/developers to target

· Go out into the field daily, visit construction, builders, real estate, health care, education, IT & Government sector offices and sales galleries in person

· Walk in cold, and secure face-to-face meetings with owners, directors, and marketing heads

· Pitch our services— branding, campaign strategy, digital marketing, and creative solutions in-person

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to build customized proposals

· Negotiate and close deals through in-person meetings and follow-up visits

· Maintain and grow a personal network of the above segments contacts across Hyderabad

· Achieve monthly/quar
