What role you play:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and presentation standards. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, taking orders, providing recommendations, handling payments, and maintaining bar inventory and stock levels. The role involves setting up and closing down the bar, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, complying with local regulations,



and working closely with the service team to support smooth operations. The Bartender is expected to deliver consistent, high-quality service and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including drink preparation, menu items, and basic pairing recommendations.
- Bartending skills, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks accurately, and operating bar equipment safely.
- Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service.
- English communication; additional local language skills are an advantage.
