Job Description

Ilmora Studios is looking for a passionate and innovative Creative Head to lead our creative team, develop impactful brand strategies, and oversee the execution of high-quality visual and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with modern creative and AI-powered tools to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the creative team, including designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns for branding, social media, digital marketing, and advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client and company projects.
- Review and approve creative assets before delivery to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create compelling campaigns.




- Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and digital marketing practices.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance design, content creation, video production, and workflow efficiency.
- Present creative ideas, campaign concepts, and strategies to clients and internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a creative agency, branding studio, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling AI, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, Flux, or similar platforms.
