1) Authorize team partners to participate in tender processes and ensure they understand the requirements.

2) Upload product details accurately on the GeM platform and issue/provide link for local purchases.

3) Ensure Tender Sales call opened in SLMS for each tender.

4) Maintain Management Information System (MIS) and keep track of tender statuses for effective reporting

5) Participate in tenders through different channels and ensure compliance with protocols.

6) Submit Direct Tenders

7) Ensure timely submission of all required documents such as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Bank Guarantee (BG) for direct tenders.

8) Verify documents and prepare quotations according to specified formats.

9) Manage orders from placement to dispatch and handle credit note and debit note (CNDN) processes. Also, ensure timely payment follow-ups.
