Key Responsibilities
- Develop baseline (& re-baseline) schedules using Primavera P6
- Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity coding structure
- Establish logic, sequencing, and critical path for project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning)
- Establish Progress Measurement system for the project phases
- Track project progress against baseline and perform periodic schedules updates
- Prepare Project Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
- Coordination with project stakeholders for collection of inputs, forecasting and supporting project reporting.
- Support Change management, Risk Management, Procurement processes with Schedule related information & analysis

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering as a minimum
- 5 - 10 years of EPC project planning experience
- Strong Primavera P6 proficiency
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction sequence & workflows
- Advanced User of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Power BI is an added advantage
