Role Description
The Assistant Manager Internal Audit is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning and executing internal audit reviews across financial and operational processes, with a focus on microfinance activities. Day-to-day tasks include assessing internal controls, reviewing accounting and finance records, performing risk-based audit testing,



and preparing clear audit reports with findings and recommendations. The role involves monitoring compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and partner requirements, as well as following up on remediation actions. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in developing audit methodologies and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and risks.
- Solid grounding in finance and accounting, with practical understanding of financial statements and transactions.
- Experience with internal controls, including design, evaluation, and testing of control effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience conducting financial audits, preferably in NBFCs, microfinance, or banking sectors.
