We are looking for an experienced, organised, and analytical
Digital PR and Outreach Specialist
to manage and improve our publisher outreach campaigns. If you have experience in email campaign execution, automation, deliverability, personalisation, and process optimisation, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, set up, execute, and monitor publisher outreach email campaigns.
• Maintain campaign quality and ensure error-free execution across all sending accounts.
• Build and improve automations to make outreach processes faster and more effective.
• Plan and execute retargeting and re-engagement email campaigns.
• Develop personalisation strategies for different publishers, niches, and campaigns.
• Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, email copy, CTAs, follow-ups, and campaign timing.
• Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, reply rates, inbox health, and sending performance.
• Manage follow-up sequences, campaign schedules, lead segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Prepare campaign reports and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Help establish, document, and implement new email outreach processes.
• Help establish and execute a structured Digital PR process covering journalist targeting, media outreach, follow-ups, campaign tracking, and coverage monitoring.

Requirements:
• 2 - 4 years of experience in email outreach, email marketing, campaign operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, inbox management, domain reputation, and campaign metrics.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets, reporting, lead segmentation, and campaign tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining accuracy and process quality.
