Position - Senior Developer – IBM MDM & DB2

Exp - 6+years

Location - PAN India (Bangalore and Hyderabad preferable)

Budget - 30LPA to 35LPA

JD - We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with 6+ years of expertise specializing in IBM MDM DB2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Master Data Management solutions and ensuring seamless integration with IBM DB2 databases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain IBM MDM applications aligning with business requirements.
- Develop and optimize DB2 database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to support MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to implement data governance and master data strategies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing MDM and DB2 systems to improve performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in software development.
- Participate in requirement analysis,



solution design, and documentation processes.
- Implement data integration between IBM MDM and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data quality standards within all developments.
- Stay up to date with IBM MDM and DB2 latest features and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of qualified experience in software development with a focus on IBM MDM and DB2.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Master Data Management (MDM).
- Proficient in IBM DB2 database design, query writing, performance tuning, and administration.
- Expertise in integration techniques including web services (SOAP/REST), ETL, and APIs.
