Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Officer based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing data to support decision-making, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include developing financing strategies, presenting proposals to stakeholders, and ensuring excellent customer service to retain and grow the client base.

Qualifications




- Proven expertise in New Business Development and the ability to identify and capture growth opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in leveraging data to drive informed business decisions
- Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a business development or related role, preferably in a sustainability-focused industry, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
