We have an exciting opportunity with our client TCS for the position of Splunk Observability Engineer on a Contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for Splunk Observability (O11y) platform.
- Monitor alerts and support 24x7 production environments.
- Handle incidents, service requests, change management, and patching activities.
- Perform platform health checks, operational reporting, and runbook execution.
- Troubleshoot alerts, failures, and performance issues before escalating to L3 teams.
- Support observability onboarding activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Splunk Observability Cloud (O11y).
- Experience supporting Linux, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS environments.
- Robust understanding of Observability (MELT) concepts.
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry (OTel), Telegraf, Kafka, and monitoring tools.
- Exposure to OpenStack, VMware, networking, and storage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
