Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and support the onboarding process.
