Role Description
The Senior Python & AI Trainer will deliver in-person training programs in Kochi, guiding learners through Python fundamentals, advanced topics, and applied AI concepts. This full-time, in office role involves designing and updating course materials, creating practical exercises,



and leading live coding sessions and workshops. The trainer will mentor learners, provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects, and support learners in building robust portfolios. The role also includes collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, incorporating current industry practices, tools, and frameworks. The trainer is expected to contribute to assessments, participate in internal knowledge-sharing, and help maintain a qualified, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python & AI training
- Strong Python programming expertise, including object-oriented design, standard libraries, and best coding practices.
- Applied AI and machine learning knowledge, with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training content, including lectures, labs, and project-based learning.
