What Youll Do:
- Leading the front-end development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
- Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Developing and implementing front-end architectures that support the needs of our financial services platform.
- Ensuring the performance, quality,
and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and optimizing application performance.
- Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and advocating for best practices within the team.
- Mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Actively participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes.
What Were Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
