Job Summary





The Web Development Manager will be responsible for managing the complete web development lifecycle from project planning and resource allocation to development, deployment, and post-launch support. This role requires a highly motivated leader who can mentor developers, oversee multiple client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional technical quality while meeting business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers to ensure high performance and continuous learning.
- Allocate projects and monitor workload to maximize team productivity.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards across projects.
- Coach junior and mid-level developers through regular feedback and technical guidance.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and skill development initiatives.
- Foster a cooperative and innovation-driven team culture.

Project & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery
