About the Role

We are looking for a
Manager – Project Operations (Pumped Energy Storage Systems)
to lead the execution and operational management of Pumped Energy Storage (PES) projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, engineering teams, and external stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, project engineers, and external experts throughout project execution.
- Lead and manage
Feasibility Studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Design Reviews, Performance Evaluations, and Lender's Independent Engineer (LIE)
assignments for Pumped Energy Storage projects.
- Manage manpower deployment, resource planning, and team coordination across project sites.
- Perform flow calculations, energy calculations,



and operational performance assessments for PES systems.
- Plan and conduct site inspections and technical reviews.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical reports, project documentation, progress updates, and data analyses.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, statutory compliance, and quality standards.
- Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and operational governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project teams in day-to-day operational decision-making and issue resolution.

Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in
Mechanical Engineering
or
Electrical Engineering
.
- Minimum
5 years
of overall qualified experience.
- At least
2–3 years
of hands-on experience in
Pumped Energy Storage, Hydro Power, or Energy Storage Projects
.
