IntelGrader is an AI-powered platform for evaluation, remediation, and personalized learning — built to handle not just objective MCQs, but subjective, handwritten, step-by-step answers. We're solving the silent pain teachers and parents live with every day: hours lost to grading, and students who never find out

What we're looking for - Founder's Office: Sales & GTM Trainee

This is a grow-with-us role. You'll start hands-on — selling, closing, learning the ground reality — and grow into leading the entire Sales & Revenue function at IntelGrader.
- 0-2 years in sales or BD, ideally in EdTech, K-12,



test-prep, or SaaS into education
- You've personally closed deals — not just generated leads
- Comfortable holding a strategic conversation with an academic head and a cold call with a coaching center owner — in the same day
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- You want to build a function, not just hit a quota

What you'll do
- Own business development end-to-end — prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, close
- Sell to school principals, coaching center owners, and academic heads across India
- Run product demos that show the full loop: a real handwritten paper graded, gaps identified, remediation served
- Build the playbook — what works, what doesn't, which segment to attack next
- Work directly with the founders on strategy, pricing, and product feedback
