We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure performance targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a results-driven mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and support a team to achieve business goals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion
- Handle escalations and resolve team or client issues
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain reports on team performance and productivity
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
